Pastor's Retreat Invitation

I thank the Lord for your faithful leadership in God’s Kingdom. It is a joy and an honor to serve alongside you in the Church of God in Tennessee.

I would be delighted to have you join us for our annual TN Ministries Pastor Encouragement Retreat in Gatlinburg, February 19–21, 2027, at the Park Vista Hotel. This special time away has been planned with you in mind—a few days for pastors and spouses to be encouraged, refreshed, and renewed alongside others who understand the joys and demands of ministry.

We are grateful to welcome Carl and Valerie Addison as our guest speakers. While couples are encouraged to attend together, this is not a marriage retreat; single pastors are also warmly invited to be part of this meaningful gathering.

Cost and Registration

The total cost is $300, which includes two nights of lodging and a banquet. Tennessee Ministries is pleased to underwrite a portion of the retreat to help make this time of encouragement more accessible.

• You may pay in full when you register.
• You may reserve your place with a $90 deposit; the remaining balance is due by January 15, 2027.

Because space is limited to 25 couples, I encourage you to register soon. You may register online, or you may mail your registration and check to TN Ministries, P.O. Box 1464, Murfreesboro, TN 37133.

If you choose to mail a check, please make it payable to Tennessee Ministries of the Church of God and include the designation “Pastor Encouragement Retreat.”
